Rick Management Assistance Fund (RMAF)
Risk Management Assistance Fund (RMAF) was initiated in Jan 2011 to assist small and medium enterprises (SMEs) defray the cost of

• Engaging an Approved Risk Consultant (ARCs) to build in-house capabilities include consultancy services and assist SMEs in implementing risk management at their workplace
  
  
• Engaging RMAF Agent to process the RMAF application to WSHC
  
  
• Engaging MOM-approved WSH Auditor to audit their Risk Management Implementation

• SHMS/WSH audit
  The Workplace Safety and Health (Safety and Health Management System and Auditing) Regulations 2009 specifies the classes of workplaces that are required to implement Safety and Health Management System (SHMS) such as
  • Construction
  • Shipyards
  • Oil & Petrochemical
  • Metalworking Factories
  • Semiconductor Wafer Fabrication
  • Pharmaceutical Plants
  • Bulk Storage Plants (with Flammable or Toxis Liquids)
  • Certain Classes of Chemical Plants
• NEA audit
• ConSASS audit for Construcation Worksites
  With effective from 1 Aug 2011, all construction worksites with contract sum over S$30 million or more than are required to have their mandatory SHMS audits conducted based on the ConSASS audit checklist (previously CP79).
